Pick the Bitrix24 pipeline you want Zid orders to flow into, then match each of your five order statuses to whichever stage makes sense in that pipeline — your own stage names, not ours. Change it anytime; every new sync uses the latest mapping immediately.
From your Zid merchant dashboard, open the Zidx24 app.
Go to Settings and click Connect — you'll authorize Zidx24 on your Bitrix24 portal.
Pick Contact or Lead, Deal or Lead, your pipeline, and match each order status to a stage.
